TURBO START #700 contains concentrated Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter nitrifying bacteria cultures. This professional freshwater product provides users with rapid "cycling" in new tank or emergency re-start situations. It's perfect for starting central systems and hobbyist aquariums. Product is shipped via overnight priority to our customer's door. TURBO START remains viable for 3 months in a refrigerator. Freshwater systems started with 3 ppm ammonia can completely cycle in less than 5 days. Pour directly into tank near filter after treating water to remove chlorine & chloramine and prepare bio-media for bacteria attachment. Fish may be added immediately. Keep feeding low during the first week. Ammonia reduction will begin to be seen after the first 24 hours. Nitrite should be near zero within 5 days. Once ammonia & nitrite are both at zero, slowly increase feeding or add more fish. When used as instructed, additional TURBO START isn't needed.
