| Window for same day delivery | We cannot guarantee that the order you place today will also ship today. As a general rule, please place your order by 1:00pm CST on a business day to allow sufficient time for us to process your order and ship it the same day. If your order does not ship the business day you placed it, it will most likely be shipped the following business day. Otherwise, we will contact you if any delays are to be expected with your order. |
| Orders that weight less than 140 lbs. | If your order comes out to less than 140 lbs, standard UPS shipping services will be offered: • UPS Ground • UPS 2nd Day Air • UPS Next Day Air Saver • UPS Next Day Air Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the zip code the order is being shipped to. |
| Orders containing: TURBO START® |
TURBO START® #700, TURBO START® #900 and Pond TURBO START® contain live nitrifying bacteria, and due to the nature of this product, special shipping arrangements are required. TURBO START® products must be kept cool and refrigerated to retain effectiveness. As such, we can only provide expedited shipping if any of those products are in or part of your overall order. • UPS 2nd Day Air • UPS Next Day Air Saver • UPS Next Day Air Depending on which delivery option you choose and the time of day and day of the week, we may not be able to immediately ship your TURBO START® product due to the fact UPS packages aren't delivered over the weekend and will remain in distribution centers until the following Monday. In order to ensure the product you receive is viable, we restrict certain shipping methods and delivery date depending on when you order in the week. Please click here to review a shipping schedule for TURBO START® products. Saturday Delivery You may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery by calling us toll free at: 1-800-955-1323 ext. 158. Please note that UPS charges apply for Saturday delivery because it is a value added service. Please call us to inquire for more information about this option. |
| Orders that weight more than 140 lbs. | If your order comes out to more than 140 lbs, a customer service representative (CSR) will need to contact you with a freight quote. In some cases, we may split the shipment up into multiple 40 lb. UPS boxes if it will cost less than freight. In either case, we will work to find the best shipping rate possible and complete your order over the phone. We also won't ask you for your payment information during checkout -- we will do that over the phone once you're satisfied with a shipping quote(s) we give you. How will I know I'm over 140 lbs.? In step two, you will be prompted with a message saying that your order has exceeded the maximum weight UPS can handle for a single box shipment. Continue to step three to complete your order and, based on your contact preference, a CSR will contact you. |
